American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene
Established in 1921 by the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. It is among the top-ranked tropical medicine journals in the world publishing original scientific articles and the latest science covering new research with an emphasis on population, clinical and laboratory science and the application of technology in the fields of tropical medicine, parasitology, immunology, infectious diseases, epidemiology, basic and molecular biology, virology and international medicine.
The Journal publishes unsolicited peer-reviewed manuscripts, review articles, short reports, images in Clinical Tropical Medicine, case studies, reports on the efficacy of new drugs and methods of treatment, prevention and control methodologies,new testing methods and equipment, book reports and Letters to the Editor. Topics range from applied epidemiology in such relevant areas as AIDS to the molecular biology of vaccine development.

Two or more supplements to the Journal on topics of special interest are published annually. These supplements represent comprehensive and multidisciplinary discussions of issues of concern to tropical disease specialists and health issues of developing countries.

American Journal of Health Promotion
A peer-reviewed journal on the science of lifestyle change. Established in 1986, the AJHP was the first peer-reviewed publication devoted exclusively to health promotion. The journal aims to:

African Journal of Reproductive Health
Multidisciplinary in scope, established in 199,7 and published tri-annually (April, August and December) up to December 2008, quarterly from 2009 to 2013, and now quarterly (March, June, September and December) with a Special Edition that comes up any time of the year.
The journal focuses on publishing original research, comprehensive review articles, case reports and commentaries that on reproductive health and related in Africa issues in both English and French. Journal of Health and Social Behavior
A medical sociology journal that publishes empirical and theoretical articles that apply sociological concepts and methods to the understanding of health and illness and the organization of medicine and health care. Its editorial policy favors manuscripts that are grounded in important theoretical issues in medical sociology or the sociology of mental health and that advance theoretical understanding of the processes by which social factors and human health are inter-related.

Indian Journal of Tuberculosis
An international peer-reviewed journal devoted to the specialty of tuberculosis and lung diseases and is published quarterly. IJTB publishes research on clinical, epidemiological, public health and social aspects of tuberculosis.

African Journal of AIDS Research
A peer-reviewed research journal publishing papers that make an original contribution to the understanding of social dimensions of HIV/AIDS in African contexts. AJAR includes articles from, amongst others, the disciplines of sociology, demography, epidemiology, social geography, economics, psychology, anthropology, philosophy, health communication, media, cultural studies, public health, education, nursing science and social work.
