Journal of Health, Population, and Nutrition
Originating in 1983 as the Journal of Diarrhoeal Diseases Research, JHPN was re-launched in 2000 by icddr,b, a world‐class public health research organization, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. icddr,b developed JHPN during the period 2000-2015 as an internationally renowned journal, with a special focus on research of relevance to developing countries.
JHPN brings together research on all aspects of issues related to population, nutrition and health. The journal publishes articles across a broad range of topics including global health, maternal and child health, nutrition, common illnesses and determinants of population health.
The journal considers all aspects of global health, and includes but is not limited to, the following sections:
